If you have purchased an annual Software Maintenance Plan for MetaXpress software (the "Maintenance Plan"), you have access to the materials provided on this site during the term of the Maintenance Plan. If you have recently acquired a license to MetaXpress software, you are automatically entitled to the Maintenance Plan for a period of twelve (12) months after delivery of such software to you. Upon expiration of the then current term of the Maintenance Plan, you no longer have access to the materials provided on this site, unless you renew the Maintenance Plan. You may purchase or renew the Maintenance Plan at any time.

This site provides update files for MetaXpress software ("Update Files"), as well as certain detailed information about those updates such as release notes. The Update Files may include error corrections, bug fixes, minor improvements, or incremental features or functionalities, but do not include any upgrades that provide substantial new features or additional functionalities ("Upgrades"). The information on this site is maintained on a regular basis to reflect the currently shipping version of the MetaXpress software. The currently shipping version of MetaXpress software is Version 2.0.
